HIIT exercises have been proven to increase cardiovascular fitness quicker than other methods of training, and as these sessions are pure cardio, you will definitely notice your recovery time will shorten and you will be able to work harder for longer as the month goes on.
Every day we want you to perform the exercises for the specified time, with the specified rest in between. Ideally you should do each set 3 times.
