Squash, Chicken and Cous-cous one pot

Another north African treat for you with this recipe. This recipe is super easy, as well as super tasty, and will almost certainly become a regular addition to your menu. I love Moroccan inspired food, with the kick of harissa, but packed with juicy, sweet peppers and tomatoes.  The butternut squash adds an extra dimension to this, with a little extra sweetness and texture.  This recipe is only 283 calories, and would also taste great chilled the day after for a quick left over lunch.
