Sam has been busy in the kitchen again, and sharing her recipes. This one makes a fantastic quick evening meal, and could be accompanied by a huge salad, or portion of vegetables, and a few new or baby potatoes.
The use of the seasoned coconut flour gives a new flavour dimension to this dish, making a change from plain old grilled or fried turkey.
At 196 calories for the turkey and sauce, there is still plenty of room for some extras with this dish.
