Description

Perfect for a breakfast treat or a snack during the day


Ingredients

Scale

150g blueberry

1 large egg

100ml semi skimmed milk

25g caster sugar

100g self raising flour


Instructions

  1. Gently mix the flour, sugar, egg & milk together.
  2. Mix in the blueberries
  3. Drop into a heated trying pan.
  4. Cook for about 5 minutes making sure you flip the pancake over during cooking.
