1 large egg
100ml semi skimmed milk
25g caster sugar
100g self raising flour
Instructions
- Gently mix the flour, sugar, egg & milk together.
- Mix in the blueberries
- Drop into a heated trying pan.
- Cook for about 5 minutes making sure you flip the pancake over during cooking.
