Fat Free Nice Creams

  • One large serving is 150 calories, fat free and tastes amazing!
  • Simply cut some strawberries & banana into slices and pop in your freezer for a few hours (or buy frozen ones)
  • Then mash together with Fat Free Greek yoghurt and mix well
  • Pop back into the freezer for another 30 minutes to 1 hour, then enjoy
  • High protein and zero fat
  • Why not try blueberry, raspberry or frozen peaches?
  • You could also try adding chopped walnuts for a crunch topping texture
