HIIT Class

High Intensity Interval Training (otherwise known as HIIT) is a full-body cardio workout that involves alternating short bursts of super intense work, with a low intensity recovery. In other words, it’s ideal for all abilities chasing a fast, fat-burning result.

Wellness Walk

ACCRINGTON, DARWEN & GREAT HARWOOD

Our group walks are a brilliant way to get to know other members, chat to likeminded people and take some time out of the hustle and bustle of life for yourself. We have a 30-minute walk from Accrington on Wed at 7pm, Darwen on Thu at 7pm and a 1-hour walk from Great Harwood on Friday mornings at 10am.
