We’re still extremely hands on with all of our classes and you will find us present at almost every single session. We’re passionate about helping people to be the best they can be and it’s at the groups where we really excel.
At each class you receive accurate nutritional advice that is unique to you, and will also have the opportunity to weigh and have that weight recorded on your Be Strong weight tracker tool.
There is always a talk, or workshop, where we motivate the group to be successful together – particularly so you’re prepared for the mental challenges that are always ever present.
You can opt to take part in an all inclusive cardio session, where we use higher intensity intervals in conjunction with periods of active recovery. All of our exercises are endorsed by the NHS as being suitable for people who have previously been inactive. They’re a great way not only to ease yourself back into exercise, but also to build up a significant level of fitness.
Be Strong has classes which meet in Darwen, Clitheroe, Blackburn and Accrington. You can always be assured of a warm welcome and we’re really looking forward to helping you to achieve your goals.
