Description

Spaghetti Bolognaise made with Quorn and using cauliflower rice


Ingredients

Scale

250g Quorn
1tsp Garlic
10 sprays fry lite
1 onion
Half tin chopped tomatoes
1tsp Basil
1tsp Oregano
1tbsp Tomato Puree
6 Mushrooms sliced
3tsp Beef Gravy Granules
20g 30% Lighter Cheese
Bag Cauliflower Rice


Instructions

1. Fry onion in dry lite the add quorn and stir
2. Add tomatoes, tomato puree, garlic, basil and oregano, simmer slowly for about 10 minutes
3. Add the sliced mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes, then add beef gravy granules.
4. Cook caluliflower rice as packet states, and serve
