Use this time to have a good look around the website. Look back through articles, revisit the Be Strong academy, have a go at some of the Workouts of the Week, try some recipes from either the recipe database or the recipe packs. Or perhaps it’s time to start thinking about what you want from 2022, so why not revisit your goal! The website is absolutely jam-packed with quality content to keep you focused on your new lifestyle.

Back to groups…

We are back at it almost immediately in the New Year.

Our first monthly walk of 2022 is Sunday 9th January at 11am. Please bring your friends and family along to blow away the Christmas cobwebs. And we will open the doors at HQ on our return for hot drinks, so make sure you bring your packed lunch!

Groups return Tuesday 4th January, at Blackburn St Wilfrid’s, Wednesday 5th January at Accrington St Christopher’s and Thursday 6th January at Darwen Vale High School. All groups start at 6.15pm for weighing, 6.45pm for the discussion and 7pm for exercise. The following week, we are pleased to announce we will be back in Clitheroe on Thursday evenings at 6.15pm, at the United Reformed Church (Strang Stee entrance), Moor Lane, Clitheroe.

Great advice, going to have a transition week from today, weighed and tracking food and drink but not sticking to a fat loss number this week.
