Ingredients

Tortilla wrap or pitta bread
Handful of mixed salad leaves
1 salad tomato
Slices of cucumber
Slices of red onion
2 tsp peri peri sauce
1/2 a cooked chicken breast
Instructions
- Take a large tortilla wrap (183 cals) or pitta bread (140 cals).
- Place on the bottom a good handful of mixed salad leaves, a sliced salad tomato, 3 or 4 slices of cucumber, and some slices of red onion. (approx. 30 cals)
- In a bowl mix 4 or 5 pieces of cooked chicken breast (which is about half a cooked chicken breast β 100 cals) and mix it with two teaspoons of peri peri sauce β whichever heat you prefer (10 cals)
- Add the chicken and sauce mixture to the salad and tortilla or pitta β roll and serve!
