Just Like Fruit Crumble

This delicious pudding tastes just like a proper fruit crumble and only takes 2 minutes to make. Using frozen fruit, you can easily make it in small portion sizes, for when you fancy a taste of something sweet, without all the hassle of baking. The crumble topping is simply a biscuit crumbled up, so you can take your pick from your faves.  I used a choc chip cookie, but I think  a ginger biscuit would taste amazing!

Delicious, warm fruit pudding. If you have got the calories to spare, you could add a teaspoon of clotted cream, or if you are being really good, a dollop of fat free natural yogurt.

150g of frozen berry mix

1 biscuit of your choice (e.g choc chip cookie, ginger biscuit, digestive)

Place 150g frozen berries in a small microwaveable dish
Heat in the microwave for 1 minute and stir
Heat for a further minute until all fruit is warmed through
Crumble biscuit over the top of the fruit and serve

If your biscuit doesn’t crumble, place it in a food bag and smash it up with a rolling pin.

150g frozen berries is 48 calories, choc chip cookie is 51 calories, ginger biscuit is 45 calories
teaspoon of clotted cream approx 40 calories, dessert spoon of fat free yogurt approx 25 calories
