Just Like Fruit Crumble

This delicious pudding tastes just like a proper fruit crumble and only takes 2 minutes to make. Using frozen fruit, you can easily make it in small portion sizes, for when you fancy a taste of something sweet, without all the hassle of baking. The crumble topping is simply a biscuit crumbled up, so you can take your pick from your faves.  I used a choc chip cookie, but I think  a ginger biscuit would taste amazing!
