LIVE LIKE A CHAMP WITH THE FIGHTING FIT CHALLENGE!
Boxers are some of the most incredible athletes with all round fitness, and incredible upper body strength and power.
We can also learn a lot from a boxers mentality. To continuously take knocks and keep coming back out of our corner fighting, is an attitude we can all adopt to make sure we stay on track with our goals, despite the challenges that try and get in our way.
This months challenge is to improve our upper body strength and appearance, whilst working on our cardio fitness, with this boxing-based challenge.
THE RULES
Every day we want you to perform the exercises for the specified time or reps, with a recovery while you get your breath in between each exercise. Ideally you should do each set 2 times.
By following this challenge, and performing these exercises at the highest intensity that you possibly can, whilst keeping good form, you will notice that your cardio fitness, and your upper body strength and appearance will improve too. But only if you give it your all, on every exercise! So don’t hold back and just go for it!!!
