Bistro salad leaves
Beefsteak tomato
Spring Onion
Radish
2 rasher smoked back bacon
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Prepare bed of salad leaves
Slice half a beefsteak tomato and place evenly around plate
Dice radish and chop spring onion and scatter over salad leaves
Grill bacon
Poach egg
Make a cross with bacon rashers
Place poached egg on top of bacon rashers
Add salt and pepper to taste
Serve!
