Wishing you a very Merry Christmas

We wish you a Merry Christmas

Rick and I want to take this opportunity to wish you all the very best for the festive season.  Eat the food, drink the wine and be very, very merry, because after 2020, we all deserve the best Christmas ever.

Christmas is all about indulgence and enjoying yourselves, so it’s ok to forget about calories for a few days.  That’s normal. Those ‘normal’ people who seem to eat what they want but maintain a healthy weight – they do this as well. But what they also do, and what we need to do, is to not let those few days turn into a few weeks, or a few months. Lets enjoy the indulgence, then enjoy getting back into our healthy routines with lots of good quality, healthy food, and plenty of physical activity.

I have been busy gathering some recipes for you, that you should have seen over the last few days, and there are more to come, to make good use of your Christmas leftovers, whilst getting back to feeling healthy again.

Downtime

If you have some time on your hands over the festive period, why not read through some of our past weekly discussion topics,  do a workout, or try some new recipes.

Whilst we can’t do what we normally would this Christmas period, enjoy the time with family and loved ones, get outside in the fresh air whenever possible and get some rest. It’s been a tough year for everyone, so take the opportunities to catch your breath whenever you can.

We can’t wait to be back with you all in 2021 and fingers crossed the promise of a vaccine will mean that sooner rather than later, life can return to normal.

Merry Christmas and stay safe,

Rick and Rach xx
