Apple Bircher

This delicious autumnal breakfast would be perfect ahead of a busy day.  A good portion of porridge oats, to keep you full until lunchtime, and the amazing sweetness of the apples and blueberries, and a hint of spice from the cinnamon. Just delicious!

This recipe makes two very large portions for 300 calories each, so could be split in to 3 portions to reduce the calories to 200.

Delicious Autumnal breakfast


Ingredients

Scale

100g porridge oats

200ml apple juice

2 grated apples

100g blueberries

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


Instructions

Mix everything together (gently) and leave for at least 15 mins before eating (you could leave it overnight too).
