Filling and protein packed – Around 300 cals per portion
Dry fry lean beef mince or for lower calories use Quorn mince
Add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, 1 tin of low sugar beans, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes/powder, 1/4tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp smoked chipotle flakes, or use a packet of taco seasoning mix
Stir together and bake at 200 for 25 mins
Serve in taco boats (100 cals each) filled with lettuce
Top with salsa
Serve with a huge salad
