Stir fries are so quick and simple, so make a fantastic meal when you are short on time. Just ensure you have plenty of veges in the fridge. You can literally use any veg so stir fries never get boring, and you can make them as spicy as you like, just vary the amount of chilli that you add.

Description

Simple spicy chicken stir fry


Ingredients

Scale

100g raw chicken

80g baby plum tomatoes

80g Aldi mix pepper stir fry

3 spring onions

3 garlic cloves

80g Bean sprouts

1/4 red chilli

10ml soya sauce

2 sprays fry light


Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces
  2. Spray with fry light cook for about 2-3 mins
  3. Add the rest of ingredients and cook for a further 5-6 mins
  4. Ensure your chicken is cooked through and serve

Serve on its own or with rice or noodles – just make sure you add your calories
