Simple spicy chicken stir fry
Ingredients

100g raw chicken
80g baby plum tomatoes
80g Aldi mix pepper stir fry
3 spring onions
3 garlic cloves
80g Bean sprouts
1/4 red chilli
10ml soya sauce
2 sprays fry light
Instructions
- Cut chicken into small pieces
- Spray with fry light cook for about 2-3 mins
- Add the rest of ingredients and cook for a further 5-6 mins
- Ensure your chicken is cooked through and serve
