A low fat & high protein snack or side to add to any meal

Simply wash and pat dry one tin of chickpeas
Mix together 1/4tsp cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika & 1/4 tsp Cajun mix (or spices of your own choice)
Sprinkle over the chickpeas and mix together to cover the chickpeas in the spice mix
Cook in the oven at 200c for around 1/2 hour, turning half way through.
Half this full portion is only 125 cals.
Store in an air tight tub or jar for freshness and add to your salads for a crunchy topping or pack up for an on the go healthy snack!
