Quick, simple and filling vegetarian lunch/dinner for around 360 calories.

Griddle 1 peppered Quorn Steak for 3 mins each side,
Microwave 1 portion of carrot & swede mash and 1 portion of quinoa vegetable medley

Quinoa vegetable medley contains quinoa, sweet corn, edamame beans, kidney beans, red pepper & sunflower seeds – look in a certain Freezer food store or mix your own and store in portions.

Cook for 3 minutes in the microwave and you’re done.
360 calories per portion
