Chocolate Oat and Protein Cookies

Quick simple & healthy on the go snack

4 ingredients makes 4 cookies and only just under 60 calories each or 230 calories for them all

  1. Mash a small banana and add 30g oats, mix well and add 1tsp of seeds such as sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  2. Split the mixture into four and form into cookie shape on greaseproof parchment paper, then add a few cacao nibs on top
  3. Bake at around 190c for 20 mins & turn half way through to make them brown on each side

To make protein cookies just add 1 scoop of protein powder to the mix and just add the extra calories – my favourite is chocolate and it makes an ideal pre workout snack for on the go!

You can double your batch and store for in the fridge for 1 week or you can even freeze them!
