Weekend and Evening Eating Plan Competition

Our new ‘evening’ and ‘weekend’ eating plans are due to launch on May 1st 2019

We’ve been working behind the scenes on developing two new eating programmes for Be Strong members. This is as a result of our own research which has identified two significant risk periods where many of our members struggle to stay on plan.

These periods are: –

  1. After 5 pm
  2. Weekends

The new programmes are evidence based, which means we already know they’re extraordinarily effective! Both are also ready to be launched, but before we do that, we need really cool names for them.

‘After 5 pm’ Plan

This plan provides for increased amounts of food and drink, in the evenings, across a full seven day period. It’s ideal for those that can often stay in control during the daytime, but everything goes out of the window during the evening period.

‘Weekend’ Plan

If you like to let your hair down at weekends, but still want to stay on plan, then this could be a massive game changer for you. Each weekend you can fit in a full and extremely active social life, including alcohol and takeaways, if that’s your thing, and stay fully on track.

Use the form below to suggest some cool names for both plans. They MUST NOT include the word ‘diet’. Diets are temporary and, as you all know, we never ‘diet’ at Be Strong.

You may submit as many competition entries as you wish.

The contest begins on Thursday, March 25, 2019. Entries must be received before midnight on Monday, April 29, 2019.

There will be two winners, each will receive a Be Strong t-shirt with their name on.

The winners will be announced on May 1st, 2019.
