Chocolate and Banana N’Ice Cream

Sweet and filling dessert – 200 calories and 0%fat!

Take 1 pot/serving of zero % fat Greek yogurt & 1 medium banana and pop them both in the freezer for around an hour.
When partially frozen, pop in the blender with 1 heaped tsp of cocoa powder, some ice cubes and blitz until it blends into an ice cream texture.
Serve and top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, sliced banana & almonds.
If you want more of an ice cream texture, pop in a glass dish & freeze for a further hour.
You can easily make large batches of this for the family, my boys love it!
