This delicious creamy breakfast is like Pina Colada in a bowl, minus the alcohol of course! It is so easy and tasty, and if you close your eyes, you could almost be on a Caribbean Island having breakfast on the beach!

Ingredients

1 Small banana

2 Pineapple rings (canned in juice, drained)

75g 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt

1 Walnut (8g)

Sprinkle of Cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Slice banana
  2. Add to pineapple
  3. Top with yogurt, walnut and cinnamon
  4. Serve and enjoy!
