Crunchy Kale Chips

Crunchy Crispy Kale Chips around 30cals per bowl!

Take 1/2 bag of kale, remove any stalks, place on baking sheet
Sprinkle with herbs and spices – I use cumin, chilli and fajita seasoning
Place under a hot grill or oven for a few minutes and turning 1/2 way through to ensure they are crispy
Make sure not to catch or burn they literally take a couple of minutes

My son loves these – they are a great alternative to greasy crisps full of oils, and they are full of nutrients
