Cherry Frozen Yogurt Bites

Great super low-fat treat that feels like a real indulgence at only 120 cals per serving , and it tastes just like ice cream!

Simply drop frozen or fresh pitted cherries into a ice cube tray
Pour over a low fat Greek cherry flavoured yoghurt & pop in the freezer for around an hour
Take out and enjoy just like ice cream!

Mix up the flavours and try strawberry, lemon, coconut with Chopped walnuts or blueberry
Just count the calories in your fruit and the yoghurt
