Mint Chocolate Oats – Only 130 calories a serving!
First brew a mint flavoured tea and stew for a few minutes
Take 30g oats and pour the mint tea over the oats
Mix in 1/2tsp of cacao powder and stir together, microwave for 1.5 minutes then dust with cacao powder
if you have fresh mint, you can chop a sprig finely and stir through and garnish
