Just mix one bag of frozen raspberries with two teaspoons of chia seeds and a tablespoon of water..mix well and mash together..spoon into a glass jar…it will keep fresh for about a week If it lasts that long!!
Literally no calories..serve on crackers or with desserts

200 calories for the whole lot!
