Protein Pancakes with Caramelised Banana

  • Protein Pancakes topped with caramelised banana and topped with crunchy seeds & cinnamon
  • Around 300 calories
  • Makes 2 large pancakes
  • Blend 40g Oats, 1 egg, 100ml unsweetened almond milk (or regular milk of your choice)
  • Add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 small banana & blend to a smooth batter
  • Dry fry in a non stick pan on a low heat
  • Dry fry a few slices of banana to caramelise with mixed seeds to crisp and give a nutty texture
  • Add onto your pancakes and sprinkle on cinnamon
