- Protein Pancakes topped with caramelised banana and topped with crunchy seeds & cinnamon

- Makes 2 large pancakes
- Blend 40g Oats, 1 egg, 100ml unsweetened almond milk (or regular milk of your choice)
- Add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 small banana & blend to a smooth batter
- Dry fry in a non stick pan on a low heat
- Dry fry a few slices of banana to caramelise with mixed seeds to crisp and give a nutty texture
- Add onto your pancakes and sprinkle on cinnamon
