- Dry fry one portion of cauliflower rice
- Throw in 50g of pre-soaked giant cous cous and a few chopped veggies
- I use carrot, red pepper, a few Edamame beans & sunflower seeds and a few pomegranate seeds
- Stir together and fry for 2-3 minutes
- Serve in your bowl
- Add your shrimp to your pan for a few seconds to warm through, then add to your bowl
