Pimp your Shrimp

  • Fancy a shrimp stir fry, then try this super quick & easy stir fry
  • High protein & low carb
  • Under 270 calories per serving
  • Dry fry one portion of cauliflower rice
  • Throw in 50g of pre-soaked giant cous cous and a few chopped veggies
  • I use carrot, red pepper, a few Edamame beans & sunflower seeds and a few pomegranate seeds
  • Stir together and fry for 2-3 minutes
  • Serve in your bowl
  • Add your shrimp to your pan for a few seconds to warm through, then add to your bowl
  • Filling, delicious, quick & easy
