Description

If you like apple, pear or banana puddings then this is a quick healthy version!!


Ingredients

Scale

1 serving of porridge oats

1 teaspoon of toasted oats ( roasted in the oven)

1 pinch of cinnamon

Either 1 Banana, Apple or Pear


Instructions

1. Cook your raw porridge oats in the microwave.
2. Then if your making apple or pear crumble, chop your fruit into small pieces & add a splash of hot water & microwave for a minute.
3. Drain the juice & add on top of your cooked porridge oats and add a pinch of cinnamon, then swirl together.
If your making Banana Pudding just chop your banana into small pieces & add to porridge & cinnamon (don’t cook the banana)
4. Finally for the crunch add a good heaped teaspoon of golden toasted oats on top

Notes

Handy tip, I bake a tray of large oats until golden & crunchy in the oven and store in a glass jar, they’re great for dessert toppings- add on top of a bowl of berries & Greek yogurt!!
