Strawberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is absolutely packed with goodness, and super sharp berry flavours. I can just imagine sitting in the sunshine enjoying this bowl of goodness on a beautiful summers morning!

For a breakfast it is quite high in calories, but it will almost certainly keep you full until lunchtime – so no need for snacks.

Ingredients

Scale

4 cups (600g) cottage cheese

1 Β½ cup (225g) frozen strawberries, thawed

4 tbsp. maple syrup

Β½ cup granola

1 cup (150g) mixed berries


Instructions

  1. Place the cottage cheese, strawberries and maple syrup in a food processor or high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide between 4 serving bowls, top with granola and fresh berries, to serve.
