A fresh and easy, versatile recipe!
A few chunks of fresh honeydew melon
A handful of raspberries
4 dessertspoons of fat free natural yogurt
In a cup (or nice dessert bowl if you have one!) place a few chunks of honeydew melon
Add 3 dessertspoons of fat free natural yogurt
Add a layer of raspberries
Then another layer of yogurt
We also added half a snack pack of pecans fruit and toffee pieces to each cup, for an extra little treat. Which was an extra 50 calories per cup!
