Go to your Restart plan and learn what your calorie targets are for each day. You should stick to this calorie allowance each day to get the best results. You will be amazed at how much fantastic food and drink you can enjoy and still lose weight!

Plan your favourite meals and snacks to fit in with your daily calorie targets.  It helps to plan ahead so that you can shop according to your plan, ensuring you have the right foods in the cupboards and the best chance of success. If you need a little inspiration, search our recipe database and meal ideas or ask our vibrant, positive and motivational Be Strong community for ideas.

Track your food and drink in your ‘Meal Tracker’, to ensure you stay on top of your calories AND still hit your weight loss goals. Tracking your food gives you complete control of your weight loss, as it holds you accountable.


You won’t make a bad choice if you are tracking. After a week of tracking, you will experience an increase in self-confidence and believe that you can actually do this!

Relationship with Food

Since joining Be Strong I have not only lost weight and learned to eat healthy but also gained a good relationship with food! I lead a healthier lifestyle!! I never ever deprive myself, something I did for years on other weight loss programmes and groups.

New Lease of Life

I’ve now lost over 2 stones and dropped 2 dress sizes, its inspired me to exercise more, I take my dog on longer walks every day, I’m doing the 3 peaks in June this year and I’m training to do a 5k run! 13 months ago I would never have even thought about doing any of these things.


Its changed me for the better, everyone’s so friendly and I’ve met new friends and we are doing new things together.

Done this diet, that diet and bought the t-shirt as they say… Always back to square one within a few months.


I’m not saying I’ve got it totally cracked, but with Be Strong I know more about what I need to do to try and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.
