The Be Strong Daily Ten Programme is for absolutely everybody. Everyone who takes part will benefit from getting out in the fresh air for ten minutes, to refresh and revitalise themselves, ready for the rest of the day.
Even members of staff who struggle with mobility can take part in this programme, they just move at their own pace or are supported, it really is for everyone. There are no set routes to follow, no specific meeting points, just people getting up at a specific time and going for a ten-minute walk.
