7AM – 10AM: DROP IN
10AM – 11AM: WELLNESS WALK
12PM – 2:30PM: DROP IN
Every Friday we run an informal drop in to cater for people commuting to work, on the school runs or are free during the day.
Pop in from 7am to get weighed, check in with us, have some ‘you time’ to chat with us and collect the week’s resources. You can also relax with a hot or cold drink – or take it with you if you’re pushed for time.
At 10AM we leave Be Strong HQ for a 1-hour Wellness Walk and we would love you to join us. All walking abilities are catered for and it’s a really fun way to clear your mind, meet new people and make friendships.
