Each week at Be Strong TV we hope to bring you at least one new High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session by various members of our Be Strong crew.
In addition Rick will talk to you on camera with weekly tips, hints, ideas, advice, opinion and most of all he will try to provide you with that much needed motivation. Both Rick and Rachel fully understand the mental battles that must be overcome and this has been the key to a lot of their success.
