How many steps do you take each day?
Increasing our step count is one of the simplest ways to measure how much more active we have become, as well as improving our all round fitness and strength.
The NHS recommend that we should aim for 10000 steps each day, which is the equivalent of around 5 miles of walking each day!
If your starting point is only around a couple of thousand steps right now, aim to build up to 10000 steps a day by the end of the month.
If you are already doing 10000 steps, why not aim for more?
No matter what you are doing this month, we want you to just walk more!
