Try this monthly challenge, to strengthen your hip area, and consequently improve your all round strength when walking, running and performing daily tasks.

We do such a lot of  longitudinal movement (forward motion) that we can neglect certain areas of our hips and glutes, so this challenge incorporates some strength work to improve this.
