Delicious alternative for breakfast, snacks or pudding!
Ingredients

30g oats
unsweetened almond milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 of a carrot grated
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp toasted seeds or 1 walnut chopped
Instructions
- Take the oats and top with either unsweetened almond milk or water (to about 1/2inch above oats)
- Add baking powder, carrot, cinnamon and either toasted seeds or walnut
- Mix all ingredients together, pop in ovenproof dish (leave enough room for it to rise a little) bake at 200c for 25min
- Enjoy!
