Carrot Cake Baked Oats

Description

Delicious alternative for breakfast, snacks or pudding!


Ingredients

Scale

30g oats

unsweetened almond milk

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 of a carrot grated

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp toasted seeds or 1 walnut chopped


Instructions

  1. Take the oats and top with either unsweetened almond milk or water (to about 1/2inch above oats)
  2. Add baking powder, carrot, cinnamon and either toasted seeds or walnut
  3. Mix all ingredients together, pop in ovenproof dish (leave enough room for it to rise a little) bake at 200c for 25min
  4. Enjoy!
