This could be a great recipe for a pizza night with your family or friends, all making your own dough and adding your own toppings.

Lower calorie version of everyone’s favourite treat food!
Ingredients

50g Natural Fat Free Yoghurt
50g Self Raising Flour
10g Tomato Purée
Mixed Herbs
Water
30g Mozzarella Cheese
3/4 pepperoni slices
Instructions
- Mix the flour and yoghurt together to create your base! Knead the dough and then roll it out into a thin circle and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Place it in the oven on 200c for 10 mins
- Whilst that is cooking take your tomato purée, water and mixed herbs and mix together to form a paste (water will depend on how thick or runny you want the sauce to be)
- When the base is cooked take it out the oven and apply your sauce and add half the cheese to the base and then place your pepperoni on top and then finishing with the rest of your cheese on top of the pepperoni
- Cook a further 8 minutes with a sprinkle of mixed herbs on top
- Enjoy your amazing pizza
