Becky’s Low Calorie Pizza

This is a really interesting recipes, and a way of making dough that I have never seen before, so I am really grateful to Becky for sharing this!

This could be a great recipe for a pizza night with your family or friends, all making your own dough and adding your own toppings.

I was very sceptical about the base made from yogurt & flour but OMG it just has the texture of a pizza & was amazing.
Thank you Becky 💕 x

Had a go at this today but was using pizza stone so oven was whacked up to full power which I don’t think helped. The dough puffed up too much & I had to stab it to release the steam, was a bit crispy round the edges 🤣🤣. I used 0% fat greek yogurt, will be trying it again minus the pizza stone & possibly using plain or bread flour.

Will definitely try this , the dough is similar to a flatbread recipe I have but that’s then cooked in frying pan. I’ll let you know how it goes 😊
