10,000 Steps Challenge

Focus on Steps and Fluids!

Each day we would love it if you could post in here or on the Facebook group your steps total for the day, and how many glasses of water you have drunk, along with any tips and tricks you might be using to get you to do more!

Aim for 10,000 steps each day, that’s about 5 miles.

If 10,000 steps is too much set yourself a target and try and beat it. As the month goes on increase that target and try and beat it again. You will be surprised how many steps you can get in, if you get creative with your movement. 

Aim for 8 glasses of water a day, that equates to about 1.5 – 2litres.  There are so many benefits to staying hydrated – read our articles on it here: –
