Christmas Slaw

Who doesn’t love coleslaw and this one is perfect to accompany your left over turkey on Boxing Day, as well as making you feel healthy for getting lots of crunchy healthy veg in there too.

Boxing day is a day for lounging around, so this can be made before Christmas as it will keep in the fridge (if you have room) for up to 4 days, if you keep the salad and the dressing separately.
