Mix 30g oats with quarter of a mashed banana, 1 tsp banana flavoured diet whey protein powder (optional) and water and mix well
Microwave for 2 mins, stir half way through
Add sliced banana, 1 chopped walnut half, a few seeds & cinnamon sprinkle to decorate
205 cals without Protein powder (225 with 1 tsp)
Try freezing the remaining banana & add to smoothies or mashed up and added to yogurt for banana ice cream.
