Take 1 large frozen banana
Add 150 ml of unsweetened almond milk
Throw in a handful of crushed ice and a drop of vanilla essence (optional)
Blitz in the blender for a minute until it’s thick & creamy
You could add some chopped nuts to give it some texture, and sprinkle with cinnamon!
