Warm Ham and Egg Kale Salad

A quick and simple warm salad for around 300 calories

1. Grill peppers for around 10 mins, until they start to char, under a high grill.
2. Meanwhile boil 2 eggs until hard boiled.
3. One the above is cooked, then place 1/2 pack of kale on a baking tray and place under the grill for a couple of minutes until it wilts.
4.Load your plate with kale, peppers, eggs and two slices of wafer thin ham (I used flavoured Italian ham)
5. Add American mustard onto the eggs or sauce of your choice.

All super low calorie, filling & full of fibre & vitamins!
