Poached Eggs and Salad

This is a versatile low calorie breakfast, lunch or snack. When you need to get low on your calories, at less than 200, this fits the bill!

Poach 2 large eggs
Serve with a side of cucumber, tomato & red pepper
Mix with jalapeños, hot sauce a pinch of black pepper
