Low Fat, High Protein Breakfast, Snack or Dessert
Under 150 calories
1. Take 100g of Natural Greek zero fat yogurt & mix in 1 tsp of Chia seeds (do this in the morning & set in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so the Chia seeds swell)
2. Just before you plan to serve, pop it in the freezer for around 20/30 minutes to give an ice cream consistency
3. Take a glass and place blueberries (frozen or fresh) on the bottom, spoon over some Chia yogurt, then a layer of raspberries and pomegranate seeds, then top with more yogurt.
3. Sprinkle over cinnamon and lemon zest to decorate.
You could also add a chunk of dark chocolate grated, or a few crunchy nuts or seeds
