Banana and Cinnamon Pancakes

Low fat healthy banana pancakes, great breakfast or snack for 220 calories!

Mash 1 small banana and add 2 eggs
Mix well & add cinnamon
Cook in a frying pan on low heat for a couple of minutes each side
Sprinkle over cinnamon

Toppings are optional, I like to try sliced fruit, yogurt, honey, chopped nuts or low calorie syrup.  Or you could try them savoury and add turkey rashers – just add the extra calories.
