Roasted Seeds

Roasted seeds make a great nutritious snack.  Alternatively, you can also use them on salads, cereals and in baking too.
They are full of beneficial goodness and add a nutty texture to liven up your meals.
Just simply roast in the oven for around 5/6 minutes
Let them cool down and store in a glass jar for freshness
