Take 50g of frozen or fresh blueberries, sprinkle over a pinch of cinnamon and fresh lemon zest
Top with a small pot of natural or flavoured 0%fat Greek yoghurt of your choice
Add a dessert spoon of non sweetened muesli
All zero fat and no added sugar
Top tip 1 – Pop your yoghurt into the freezer for around 45 mins gives an ice cream texture.
Tip 2 – Zest lemons ahead of time (the skin has lots of nutrients) & put in a freezer bag – use in desserts, breakfast cereals, salads.
