This low calorie ‘Snickers’ flavoured protein shake, makes a brilliant post workout or mid afternoon treat, and is only 120 calories.
There are two ways to make this delicious shake, both as easy and tasty!
Take 1 scoop of choc flavoured protein powder, 1 heaped tsp of peanut butter (or peanut butter powder) and mix with 200ml of water.
Add lots of ice, or almond milk (just count the extra calories) & blitz with blender, top with one sliced almond & sprinkle with cacao powder.
Take 200ml unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp peanut butter (or peanut butter powder),
Add 1 dessert spoon of cacao powder and lots of ice
Blitz for around 30 seconds, top with crushed nuts & cacao powder
If you like a thicker, creamier consistency then add a dessert spoon of 0% fat Greek yogurt just add around 30 calories extra.
